A Greenport man was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with assault and unlawful possession of marijuana after a fight in a Greenport restaurant, Southold Town Police said.
Paris Parks, 20, was arrested after he was identified as the person who assaulted two other Greenport men. They were treated at Eastern Long Island Hospital and released.
When they questioned Mr. Parks about the incident, police found he was in possession of marijuana, they said. He was released on an appearance ticket.
