A Riverhead man was arrested for driving drunk on County Road 48 in Mattituck Wednesday night, Southold Town Police said.
Abilisario Vargas-Tacatic, 24, was stopped for a traffic violation shortly after 10 p.m. when police found him to be intoxicated, police said.
He was transported to Southold Town Police headquarters, where he was held overnight for a Thursday morning arraignment.
