A Peconic man with a suspended license was arrested shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday morning after he was spotted driving drunk on Route 48 in Cutchogue, Southold Town Police said.
Rudy Javier, 21, was stopped for a traffic violation while driving his 1998 Ford Mustang near Depot Lane. Police said he was found to be intoxicated and was also found to be driving with revoked driving privileges for a previous DWI conviction.
He was arrested, transported to headquarters, and held for arraignment, police said.
