Funeral arrangement have been made for Andrew Leone of Southold, who was killed in an industrial accident at a property in Mattituck on Thursday afternoon. He was 30.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
