A man was airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center Sunday after he lost control of his motorcycle while driving in Cutchogue, fire officials said.
The unidentified motorcyclist was heading eastbound on Route 48 at around 12:30 p.m. near Sang Lee Farms when he lost control and crashed, officials said.
Another vehicle was involved in the accident, officials said, but it wasn’t immediately clear how.
The Cutchogue Fire Department and Suffolk County Police Aviation Unit responded to the accident.
